HALO Adds Executive Leadership

HALO, the leader in branded merchandise, corporate apparel, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions announced the addition of three members to the Company’s executive leadership team.

Sterling, IL August 1, 2022 – HALO, the leader in branded merchandise, corporate apparel, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions announced the addition of three members to the Company’s executive leadership team.

Hemant Kumar has joined HALO as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.  Kumar has extensive global experience working across different industries, geographies, and cultures. Most recently he served as CFO of Sol-Millennium Medical, a high-growth global healthcare company. Previously, he held senior finance leadership roles for Baxter, American Express and Delphi Automotive Systems. Kumar will report to HALO Chief Executive Officer, Marc Simon.

Amit Gaur has joined HALO as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Gaur brings over twenty years of technology, e-commerce, and omni-channel retail experience. He previously served as Chief Information Officer for On-Campus Marketing and has held senior level technology roles at Fanatics and Cherrydale.  Gaur will lead HALO’s technology team and digital roadmap and will report to HALO Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Pollack.

Rose Arendarczyk was recently hired as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation for the Company.  Arendarczyk is a veteran leader in business transformation, most recently serving as Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office at Trustmark Companies. Arendarczyk will oversee a new function at the company with an emphasis on enterprise project management, business technology, and organizational change management. She will report to Kevin Pollack, HALO Chief Operating Officer.
