Do Not Track
Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) incorporate a Do Not Track (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, then the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option, and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many digital service operators, including HALO with respect to most of the Sites, do not recognize or respond to DNT signals. To learn more about DNT signals, you may wish to visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com/.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails or other communications from HALO, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails you receive from us or by contacting us using the information below in the “Contact Us” section. As discussed above, we may share your contact information with our Account Executives and business partners when you purchase a product or submit an inquiry or request. To opt out of HALO sharing your contact information with our Account Executives or business partners or receiving product and services notifications, please contact us using the information below in the “Contact Us” section. Please note, however, that your opt-out request will not automatically stop those Account Executives or business partners who received your contact information from HALO before you made your opt-out request from contacting you directly via phone or email. You must contact those Account Executives or business partners directly (or use the opt-out method provided by them) to request that they no longer contact you.
