Sterling, IL April 18, 2022 – HALO, the leader in branded merchandise, corporate apparel, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions, announced executive management alignment changes today to highlight additional focus on key areas for the Company.
Paul Bellantone has been named Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, reporting to HALO CEO, Marc Simon, and will be responsible for developing strategies to address the growing needs of HALO’s global client base. Bellantone joined HALO a year ago after serving for two decades, including the past 10 as CEO, of the industry’s trade association, PPAI.
Dawn Olds, a 33-year HALO veteran and current Chair of the PPAI Board of Directors, has been named Senior Vice President of Industry Relations and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). Olds will be accountable for translating her knowledge and relationships into strategies to improve our prominence externally and to deliver value for our Account Executives. She will also lead the business initiatives to advance HALO’s DEI strategy. Olds will report to Jim Stutz, HALO Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
Cathie Hernandez has joined HALO as Senior Vice President of Drop Ship Operations, reporting to HALO Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Pollack. Hernandez comes to HALO from Equifax, a multi-billion dollar leader in the workforce solution, data, and technology market. Hernandez will be responsible for continuing the Company’s forward focus on all aspects of order management, including order processing, customer service, and billing.
