Sterling, IL May 28, 2024 –  HALO, the leader in branded merchandise, corporate apparel, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions, announced the addition of two members to the company’s leadership team.

Erin Cannata joins as Vice President of Marketing, reporting to Senior Vice President of Marketing, Jeffrey Wurtzel. Erin will be responsible for collaborating closely with HALO’s sales leadership to drive growth for Account Executives and sales teams, leading brand development, go-to-market strategies, and industry-leading marketing tools and events. Erin joins HALO with over 18 years of experience in the promotional products industry, including 13 years at S&S Activewear, where she served as Director of Product Marketing. Wurtzel noted, “Erin’s track record in driving brand expansion and developing innovative marketing tools will continue to make HALO the leading distributor for industry sales professionals.”


Tina Ronafalvy joins HALO as Vice President of Data Engineering & Analytics, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in data, analytics and AI. Formerly serving as Chief Data & Analytics Officer at MODE Global, Tina will report to Amit Gaur, Chief Information Officer of HALO, and will spearhead the company’s strategic data initiatives. Gaur emphasized, “Tina’s ability to harness data-driven insights will be instrumental in propelling HALO towards continued innovation and growth and her leadership will significantly elevate our data capabilities.”
