Sterling, IL – August 14, 2025 – HALO Branded Solutions, a TPG portfolio company, today announced that Jim Hilt has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective September 2, 2025. Jim succeeds Marc Simon, who will retire after nearly 25 years of leadership.

Hilt brings a proven track record of leading transformative growth, building high-performance teams, and driving customer-centric innovation across diverse industries. Most recently, he served as CEO of Asset Marketing Services, where he spearheaded a brand revitalization, expanded product categories, streamlined operations, implemented advanced technology platforms, and successfully led the company’s sale to A-Mark Precious Metals. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Shutterfly, Express, Barnes & Noble, Sears Holdings, and IBM where he consistently delivered strong results by combining strategic vision with operational discipline.
